Start fresh in your new home — professionally cleaned from baseboards to kitchen before you unpack a single box.
Moving into a new home means inheriting the cleaning history of everyone who lived there before. Even a home that looks clean at closing or key handoff has surfaces that haven't been properly deep-cleaned — inside appliances, baseboards, cabinet interiors, grout lines, and the areas behind where furniture sat for years. A professional move-in clean is the only way to start with a genuinely fresh slate.
Our Move-Out Cleaning service covers the full scope of a move-in clean — it's the same thorough property-reset standard regardless of which direction you're moving. Baseboards throughout, detailed bathrooms, full kitchen, and closets swept and wiped. Inside-oven and inside-fridge cleaning is strongly recommended for any move-in clean, since appliances are the most commonly left in poor condition by previous occupants.
We cover 12 communities across Salt Lake County and the Wasatch Front.
The service scope is identical — a complete property reset. We use the same service regardless of which end of the move you're on.
Move-in cleaning is most efficient before your furniture arrives. If some items are already in the home, note it in your booking so we can plan the right amount of time.
These are available as optional add-ons and are the most commonly requested extras for move-in cleans. We strongly recommend adding both — appliances are frequently the dirtiest part of a home from previous occupants.
Cabinet interiors can be included — note it in your booking. Cabinet exteriors are standard in Move-Out Cleaning.
Book as soon as your closing or move-in date is confirmed. If you want cleaning done before furniture arrives, coordinate the appointment before the moving truck shows up.
Yes — same-day availability is possible depending on our schedule. Check open slots in the booking tool.
The scope is similar, but Move-Out Cleaning includes baseboards as a standard item and is specifically designed for property handovers. Deep Cleaning is better suited for occupied homes that need a reset.
Yes. New construction homes benefit from move-in cleaning — construction dust, adhesive residue, and installation debris require thorough attention before a home is truly livable.
