Unlike Deep Cleaning, which is optimized for occupied homes, Move-Out Cleaning is scoped for an empty or near-empty property. Baseboards are included in every visit — not an add-on — because they're always part of what landlords and property managers check. The team works room by room from top to bottom, so dust and debris don't settle on freshly cleaned floors.

No. Leave a key or door code and the team handles everything. Most property managers and landlords are comfortable with key-access visits for move-out cleans. You'll receive a notification when the team arrives and when they're finished.
